Johnston Draftiñg Designs Services
By making use of our services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Johnston Draftiñg Designs Services are non-refundable.
Once payment has been received and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client.
2. Building Plan Drafts
Each project includes a maximum of three (3) building plan drafts.
Draft 1: Initial concept draft based on the information provided by the client.
Draft 2: Revision based on client feedback.
Draft 3: Final revision.
Any additional changes or drafts beyond the three included drafts will be charged at an additional fee, which will be communicated to the client before work proceeds.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, measurements, property details, and instructions required to complete the project.
Johnston Draftiñg Designs Services will not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Johnston Draftiñg Designs will also not be responsible for council negligence or delays.
4. Municipal Applications
While we assist with building plan submissions, rezoning processes, or municipal-related applications, approval is entirely at the discretion of the relevant municipality or authority.
Johnston Draftiñg Designs Services cannot guarantee approval of any plans, rezoning, or applications submitted to municipal authorities.
5. Municipal Debt / Account Assistance
Where assistance is provided with municipal account queries, debt matters, or account corrections, the following applies:
We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the matter.
No guarantees are made that the issue will be resolved or that the municipality will approve corrections.
If the account cannot be resolved, corrected, or assisted, no refund will be issued for services rendered.
6. Delays
Johnston Draftiñg Designs Services will not be held liable for delays caused by:
Municipal departments
Third parties
Incomplete documentation from the client
Government processing times
7. Acceptance of Terms
Payment for any service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
